NVQ Business Administration Level 2
This qualification is suitable for people i administrative roles seeking to develop and progress their skills in their working environment. The individual should be working with some supervision and able to work on a good range of tasks within a team. This qualification is 100% funded for people aged 16- 19 years.
NVQ Business Administration Level 3 and Modern Apprenticeship
This qualification is suitable for people working in roles with responsibility in an office situation. The individual should be supervising and have autonomy in their role. Contribution to the administrative development and quality of the working environment should be inherent within their role. This qualification is 100% funded for people aged 16-19 years.
NVQ Customer Service Level 3 and Modern Apprenticeship
The Customer Service qualification is for front line members of staff working in a customer-focused position. Their role will include evidence of dealing with problems, improving customer relations and dealing with customers on the phone, by email or in writing.This qualification is 100% funded for people aged 16-19 years.
NVQ Management Levels 3, 4 and 5
The management qualification is aimed at supervisors and managers who are responsible for the control of activities and work output of a team. The qualification allows candidates to prove that they have the ability and the opportunity to demonstrate recognisable management and leadership skills. Each level requires a differing edegree of responsibility and acitivity within their working situation.
Level 3 - Based upon the management of a team in all work activities
Level 4 - Based upon the management of a team or teams but with more responsibility and autonomy within their role.
Level 5 - Based upon the management of managers and staff and the control of their work activities and their overall leadership to meet objectives of the business.
ASSESSOR/VERIFER AWARDS
By gaining one of these awards, an Assessor or Internal Verifier is able to demonstrate that s/he has the ability to meet national standards as set by all awarding bodies in the areas of assessment and verification.

The main source of evidence of candidate or assessor competence for these qualifications should be within the normal working environment.
NVQ Learning and Development Level 3
This qualification is designed for those involved in the delivery of training. It involves all aspects of the training cycle from identifying training needs and designing suitable programmes, to delivery and evaulation.
NVQ LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT LEVEL 4
This qualification is about identifying the learning aims, needs and styles of individuals and the design and evaluation of programmes to meet those requirements. The emphasis is on the facilitation of learning opportunites.
NVQ LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT LEVEL 5
The requirements for this level are that the individual has responsibility for the control of the training processes. This needs to be an autonomous role where the individual manages the financial and training aspects of the organisation in order to meet the business objectives.
Adult Literacy & Numeracy Assessment
Nationally recognised certification to demonstrate literacy and numeracy skills to levels equivalent to Intermediate 1 and Intermediate 2. These assessments are carried out online.
