DGM’s FREE recruitment and selection process is based on those aged between 16 - 19 and 20 - 24 years of age and aims to ensure best fit for both Employers and Employees. Our recruitment process includes the following stages:

  1. Initial telephone screen
  2. Face-to-Face Interview
  3. Aptitude Tests – literacy, numeracy and typing
  4. Two Reference Checks

All stages of the recruitment process are carried out prior to referral to an Employer for their own interview process.
