DGM’s FREE recruitment and selection process is based on those aged between 16 and 19 years of age and aims to ensure best fit for both Employers and Employees. Our recruitment process includes the following stages:

1. Initial telephone screen
2. Face-to-Face Interview
3. Aptitude Tests – literacy, numeracy and typing
4. Two Reference Checks

All stages of the recruitment process are carried out prior to referral to an Employer for their own interview process.
