Dorothy McDonald – Managing Director
Dorothy’s role is to oversee the Marketing, Finance and general running of DGM. Dorothy has over 17 years experience in the training environment as a front-line trainer and manager and still retains a hands-on approach in training whenever possible.
Liz Anderson – Business Manager
Liz's role is to manage all aspects of the business by managing our client and account base. In addition to financial responsibilities at DGM, Liz also works as an Assessor and Verfier. Her current candidates include junior staff as well as senior management candidates. With over 15 years experience in the business of training she is a valuable asset to the organisation.
Gail Pincott
Gail is our most experienced assessor and verifier in Providing Financial Services and was instrumental in setting up this new qualification. Gail has over 20 years experience in the Finance sector in various roles including a wide breadth of knowledge in the training environment.
Monica Black
Monica is part of McFarlane-Black company and works part time for DGM. She has been in the Financial sector and now has great knowledge and experience in business and management. Monica delivers awards in Management, PFS, Administration and Customer Service.
Caroline McFarlane
Caroline is the other half of McFarlane-Black and also works part time for DGM and has the same wide breadth of experience as Monica. Caroline also delivers Management, PFS, Administration and Customer Service on our behalf.
Carol Veitch
Carol has previously worked for DGM and recently was the Finance Director for a construction company. Carol now delivers PFS qualifications, Customer Service and Administration on our behalf. She has a great deal of experience in the financial and administration sectors.
